In the era of globalization and rapid technological transformation, companies face significant challenges in maintaining relevance and competitiveness within dynamic business environments. Innovation and change management strategies are crucial for building sustainable competitive advantages. This paper highlights the importance of such strategies and their implications for fostering a culture of innovation, risk management, investment in human resources, and technology integration. The research method employed to support the arguments and findings regarding effective innovation management strategies is a literature review. The authors also discuss the role of technology in supporting innovation strategies, emphasizing how technology facilitates market monitoring, inter-departmental collaboration, investment in R&D, and the development of an innovation culture.
